How to Connect Your CRM

Create a Zap in Zapier with Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger
Copy the webhook URL from Zapier and paste it below
Select which events you want to send to your CRM
Click Save Webhook and copy your secret key for signature verification
Test your webhook to ensure it's working
In Zapier, map the webhook fields to your CRM (Clio, Lawmatics, CASEpeer, Law Ruler, etc.)

Use this URL in Zapier to send updates from your CRM back to AccidentOS (e.g., case status updates, notes).
